A Happy Camper Shipping Policy
|All orders are usually shipped out UPS the next day after receiving the order unless it is a holiday or a weekend. Orders should be received in 3 to 5 working days unless next-day, 2-day, or 3-day service has been requested. Some orders maybe shipped from the factory so they may take 7 to 10 days. All customers are responsible for the freight coming to them; and if they decide to return the item, they are responsible for paying for the freight back to A Happy Camper. |
If the freight is over the 150lbs that UPS will ship you will notice that no freight will show on your order. We will send you an e-mail telling you what the freight will be on those items.
UPS does not ship to P.O.Boxes, APO, or FPO. We need a physical address to ship to.
Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska select the UPS 2-day shipping option. They do now have Ground also!!
Shipping charges for packages are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and vary by weight and dimensions of the items.
UPS on next day, 2-day, and 3-day service are now not only going by the weight of the package but also the measurements of the box. We might have to make adjustments on the freight when we get it in a box.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments. This policy applies to all products.
All shipping fees will be shown prior to purchase during the checkout process. Please note that due to size limitations on certain products, shipping charges may need to be added after an order is placed. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to shipment.
We will be e-mailing you back with the new freight charges.
What if it's damaged during shipping?
Occasionally a package will be damaged during shipment from handling. These claims must be made with A Happy Camper. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call A Happy Camper to file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. We will credit accounts or replace products when the UPS claim is adjusted by UPS . You need to take pictures of the damage and send them to [email protected] Once we get the pictures then we can file a claim with UPS.
If you chose not to file a damage report with UPS then you will be charged for the items.
